Enrollment Pathways

Review your document checklist and enrollment procedure below. Ensure all financial balances are cleared before proceeding.

Required Documents

  • Latest Report Card with LRN (Form 138), PEPT, or ALS Result
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • Two (2) 2x2 colored ID pictures (White background)

Note: Non-recognized SHS graduates are required to take the Philippine Validating Test.

Application & Requirements

Submit all required documents to the Registrar's Office for initial screening and verification.

Application Fee Payment

Proceed to the Accounting Office and pay the non-refundable application fee of Php 500.00.

Initial Academic Advising

Meet with your designated Program Chair for course selection and academic planning.

Fee Assessment & Coding

Return to the Registrar's Office for official fee assessment and student coding.

Initial Down Payment

Settle the initial down payment of Php 3,000.00 at the Accounting Office to secure your enrollment slot.

Student Services Accounts

Complete your registration at the Dean's Office and IT Department for student portal and ID processing.

Financial Planning

Tuition Payment Structures.

OLOPSC offers three flexible financing schemes. Please review these plans carefully to select the structure that best fits your capability.

Standard Enrollment Activation

Required for all installment plans to officially activate student status.

One-Time Settlement

Full Payment

A single, upfront settlement of all tuition and institutional fees for the entire semester.

  • Zero installment fees
  • Cleared financial status for the term
  • Priority clearance at end-of-semester
Standard Installment

Plan A: Quarterly

Features a structured installment plan divided into four chronological academic periods.

  • Down Payment (Upon Enrollment)
  • Prelim Period Assessment
  • Midterm Period Assessment
  • Final Exam Period Assessment
Extended Installment

Plan B: Monthly

Spreads the financial costs across six manageable payment installments over the operational school term.

  • Standard Down Payment
  • Fixed monthly payments (June to Nov)
  • Includes standard installment fee

Shared Responsibility

Your advisor guides you, but you are ultimately responsible for following your prescribed curriculum sequencing and prerequisites. Non-compliance can cause administrative delays or hold up your academic processing.

Priority Advising Cases

Special attention and fast-tracked advising are given to transferees, shifters, irregular students, students returning from a Leave of Absence (LOA), students on academic probation, and students with special educational needs.

Referral System

If you have concerns that extend beyond basic academic scheduling (such as emotional, deep psychological, or major financial issues), your adviser will formally connect you to specialized offices like the Guidance and Counseling Office or the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office.

Confidentiality

All information, academic deficiencies, and personal matters discussed during your advising sessions are strictly confidential under institutional policies and data privacy laws.
